Arvind Kalyan Vemana

Founder & CEO

Arvind Kalyan, an IIT Madras and IIM Lucknow graduate, also holding CFA and FRM charters, leads RedeFin Capital. His firm focuses on providing financial planning, strategy, and support in fundraising and compliance, while developing an alternative investment platform for global markets.

In his role as Director of Capital Markets at Aliens Group, Arvind brings over a decade of experience in Investment Management and Banking, with a focus on assisting technology startups and value investments in emerging markets.

Outside of work, Arvind enjoys traveling and has a passion for sports, having represented IIT Madras and IIM Lucknow in football and athletics, earning over 20 medals.

VLN Srinivas

Director

VLN Srinivas is an accomplished IRS Officer with 39 years of extensive experience spanning key indirect tax departments. He currently serves as the Director of Redefin Capital.

In his distinguished tenure, he served in Central Excise, Customs & Service Tax until 2017, later transitioning to Customs & GST. Leveraging his background as a law graduate, he skillfully handled complex investigations, audits, and adjudications. He has accumulated vast expertise leading departmental matters involving vigilance, litigation, and regulatory compliance. His deep knowledge stems from managing audits, developing compliance procedures, and liaising between government, legal authorities, and taxpayers.

Srinivas have a passion for learning new things, particularly regarding legal and medical matters. Making time daily to read editorials and articles in the Times of India keeps him well-informed across a breadth of topics. His dedication to continuous learning allows him to thoughtfully advise those around him.

Pragnya Kotaru

Sharvari Apte
